The 1st build in the "Concerns of The Deep" series.
This one is oriented around Puddle Punch (3), melee and your gun. You'll be punching anyone on your path!

Buy left to right. If you lower the Bullet Resistance of the enemy, it means you'll deal more Melee Damage to them! If you feel like you'll parry a lot, get Rebuttal in the Parrying section! Upon acquiring Express Shot, use your Alt-Fire (RMB) to deal big damage! Just remember to wait 4s between shots to get its effect!

Buy left to right. Enduring Speed is optional. You can sell Express Shot for slots if needed. If you are able to time parries well, grab Counterspell as it'll make you able to parry many ultimate abilities!

Grants you even more charges of Puddle Punch (3) and less downtime between them.
A large increase in melee damage. Will also improve your healing, and put a big slow on the enemy. Works with Puddle Punch (3).
Your melee attacks lower the bullet resistance of the enemy, and gives you some ammo. Each hit creates stacks, at max stack, you'll stun the enemy! Works with Puddle Punch (3).
The more damage you endure, the stronger you'll get. This increases your melee damage!
If you are confident in your parries, then these will help you dish out more damage and increase your survivability by a considerable amount.
Lowers your parry cooldown passively, but also deflects melee damage on successful parry! You also gain a HUGE boost in melee damage after a parry. Does NOT work with Counterspell.
Parry ANYTHING. This means almost any abilities such as Geist's Ultimate, Shiv's Ultimate, Lash's Ultimate, etc...
Buy left to right. Juggernaut is Optional. Get items as you unlock Flex Slots! Don't forget to get Actives, they are very powerful items that can turn the tides of battle.
Upon hitting a hero with melee, steal their spirit power and resistance! Resulting in the enemy getting weaker and you getting stronger! Can be done with Puddle Punch (3).
Any enemy near you will have their bullet resistance and fire rate lowered. Tripled if the enemy is alone!
Grants you Enduring Speed's slow resistance, but also lowers the fire rate of anyone shooting you. Very useful against gun oriented characters like Haze and Wraith. | This item is Optional |
Lowers the enemy's bullet resistance when you headshot them. | Upgrade into Crippling Headshot |
Lower the resistances of your enemies with a headshot and also apply Healing reduction! Less bullet resistance for the enemies makes them take more melee damage!
When you are at high health, you'll deal more bullet damage! Which means more melee damage! You also lower the enemy's bullet resistance when hitting them!
You become very resilience to gun damage when below half health. You also gain movement speed which helps you escape delicate situations.
If you find yourself dying easily or taking too much damage, consider one (or more) of those items! Since the rework, Barriers work with Resistances.
If you take too much GUN damage in quick succession, this item will grant you a nice Barrier to help you survive!
If you take too much SPIRIT damage in quick succession or a big burst of damage, this item will grant you a nice Barrier to help you survive!
Very useful if the enemy team is mostly Bullet oriented.

Grants you decent Barrier when you get CC'd, including when you get Parried! Useful against Mirage's Tornado, Bebop's Hook, Abrams' Charge, Haze's Sleep and more!
Lowers the duration of Infernus' Burn, Mirage's Tornado, any form of stuns or immobilize and more. This includes the stun when you get Parried!
Removes Bebop's Bomb, Infernus' Burn, Vindicta's Tether, Mirage's Tornado, and more! NO LONGER removes Pocket's Affliction.
Gain a chance to ignore bullet effects when you get shot. You also have a chance to deflect bullets back.
Grants you (Or an Ally!) a barrier and some movement speed.
Remove all from of debuffs from yourself (Or an ally!) and gain a Barrier along with move speed.
Those actives are extremely powerful items to gain the edge against the enemy. If you frontline a lot, I recommend Arctic Blast or Scourge. Focus Lens is useful if enemies tend to escape before you finish them off. Do not buy Return Fire if you have Juggernaut.
Deflect a portion of damage taken for a few seconds. You need to have Line of Sight for the deflect to work. Sell if you have Juggernaut.
Deals a burst of Spirit Damage around you, that also slows enemies hit. REMEMBER: Punch first before using this to trigger Spirit Strike and lower the enemy's resistance!
Allows you to teleport in any direction while also giving you some bullet resistance.
Become immune to any form of Crowd Control for a few seconds. You cannot get parried while this is active!
Grants you a large amount of max HP passively, but also a decent amount of resistances, and a slowing aura upon activation.
Teleports you to a target, disarms and slows them while also dealing a burst of Spirit Damage. This will bring down any flying enemy to the ground.
Gain a large amount of Spirit Resistance and an Area of Effect around you that deals damage to enemies near based off their Max Health. Can be applied to an Ally! This can replace Torment Pulse.
Unleash an ice wave around you upon use, similar to Cold Front. The wave will FREEZE enemies hit. Frozen enemies take more damage.
Silence an enemy. Upon expiration, 30% of the damage inflicted to the enemy while silenced will be dealt. Useful to kill enemies that tend to escape when low on health.
If you feel like that Crippling Headshot isn't enough to reduce the enemy's healing consider one of those! Healbane is the cheapest and can be triggered by dealing Spirit Damage!
Lowers an enemy's healing, while also dealing constant spirit damage to them based off their current health. Useful against Abrams, Shiv and Mo&Krill.
Reduces the healing of anyone hit by your Spirit Damage. Toxic Bullets and Decay can trigger this too!
After landing enough bullets on an enemy, you'll proc a bleed effect that'll deal damage based off their current health and also reduces their healing.
You bullets and melee attacks will lower the enemy's damage, and also apply healing reduction.
These items will help you have a better time against specific enemies or simply allow you to modify your gameplay to something that fits you more. Keep in mind that these items are NOT part of the build. Decay, Silence Glyph, Knockdown and Curse are powerful actives that can be bought to counter specific heroes.

Every 8s, your next bullet will deal a burst of spirit damage. Be mindful that it'll go on cooldown even if you miss. Can be used for various combos with the Alt Fire.

Grants you more damage when you're really close to your enemies! Your close range gun damage/melee damage will also slow down your enemies.
Your bullets will charge up Spirit Power for more damage with Splatter (1) and actives such as Cold Front or Arctic Blast.
Will grant you more sprint speed, but also out of combat health regen. Out of combat means, you need to not be taking damage, and not be attacking! |Upgrade into Trophy Hunter|
Grants you a lot of bonuses, like soul generation, when you rack up kills and assists!
Extra Bullet Damage & Fire rate when you are above 65% health. Useful if you find yourself in need of some Bullet Resistance.
Extra Spirit & Cooldown reduction when you are above 65% health. Useful if you find yourself in need of some Spirit Resistance.
Increases your healing, such as Melee Lifesteal, Lifestrike and even the Cube (2).
Grants you a large amount of health regen when you don't take damage for 12s. This means you don't have to go to base to heal!
A burst of healing upon use depending on the amount of stacks. Also grants you 2 stamina back if used at full stacks. Stacks are obtained when nearby enemies cast their abilities.
Become immune to bullet damage upon use for 4s! Useful against Haze, Wraith and more. Can be paired with Return Fire!
Can be used to heal yourself (And an ally!) a large amount of health. You can also pull an ally to you. Also works when your Ally is in The Cube (2).
A lot more dashes, resulting in a lot more mobility.
Deal spirit damage to the two nearest enemies, which provides us with constant passive damage at melee range. Scourge can be bought instead!
Lowers the fire rate of an enemy. Useful against gun oriented characters like Vyper, Haze, Infernus, Wraith and more.
Blocks a target's movement abilities and movement items (Like Warp Stone) for a short duration. Use it BEFORE they use their movement ability.
Disarm a hero for 4 seconds and lower their bullet resistance. A hard counter to Haze, Wraith, Vyper and Infernus!
Throw a wave forward that silences, lowers spirit resistance and their spirit power. Useful against Yamato, Geist, Lash, Pocket, and many more.
Allows you to stun an enemy. Brings down flying characters very quickly. Useful against Seven, Bebop and more.
Disarms and silence a target. Extremely useful against anyone and any sort of carry. This DOES interrupt channeled abilities, such as Bebop's ult, Seven's ult, Vindicta's flight, and more!
