Laning
Can skip first 2, others required
Can skip. Just more dmg for hard lanes
Can skip if easy lane. Sell after laning/to free slots
Only take as a third item (Scorn is T2), sell later
More hp, get into fortitude later. Can skip if really easy lane.

Good for laning and attacking towers, can update later or sell

Against movement locks and stuns
Against enemies who are spamming abilities, mostly use on ally because you are already tanky, scales with spirit

Take minute 8. Eat T3 enemy side neutral - more hp and ability range. Never eat T2 neutral, better to eat lane creep. Sell later
Take as early as possible. Only get if think game will be long. Get early if winning to snowball, if losing - later, losing hard - never. Perfect item for Mo overall.
Early-Mid game (20k~)
Superiour mobility item. Fast TP and some resists for easier ults.

Take when need
Out of fight fast regen + additional movespeed, good item to walk around taking crates
Still testing if good. Take most likely after Torment. Triggers out of every spirit damage, even from items. Must be good on Mo because of heal + speed.
Lategame
First 3 pick almost every time, others situational
T2 duration already gives you almost everything you need, late update for alch fire
Longer ult and more survivability. Especially good if enemies have debuff reducers
Good against tanky enemies/much spirit dmg. AOE damage AND Spirit resist, can activate on teammate (warden/yamato/abrams) if losing not prio pick
Just strong to cancel strong AOE ults if your is not enough
Heavy spirit hits on enemy (talon/lash/yamato)
Spirit resist + faster ult if still stay in fight/many scorns. Take earlier if not many stuns on enemy side.
If your team is spirit heavy and no one has it. Alch fire and Scourge triggers it.
Defense
Against gun heavy enemy team but plated beter. Right now weak item
Best against Haze/Infernus, good against every other gun carry, idk about Seven
Can work early IF you don't have Shiv as enemy
T4 situational items
Instead of warpstone IF enemy has good Lash (and gun carries)
Your ult gets interrupted really often + mid fights
Help your team against Wraith/Pocket ult
Help team - hold down enemies or move them in flavorable positions. Especially goof if ally dynamo
More HP and resists, idk if even good on mo

Situationals
Seven/Warden/Infernus/Shiv/ and stuns you can delete. Still great item
Can parry everything. Great for rejuv secude (Ivy/Abrams). Get if enemy abilities are easy to predict (talon/infernus/lash/)

Shiv/Abrams/Other fatties
Nowadays you can trigger it every time you scorn, just with a bit less damage, it also instantly reloads you every time + doesn't require T2 Scorn and bigger damage than mystic burst
