Fantastic sustain on this. Builds into RR, which has started to top my healing charts.
Buy early to Heal and poke off knives. Can sell later for slots/different purple item or build Rapid Recharge if you need to pivot into knives late game. Both are valuable options.
Early
Rush against big healer lanes. Increases sustain, damage, and is anti-heal. Still such a broken item.
Builds into Fortitude and Colossus.
Core
Great in almost every game. Heal off your two, as well as your massive gun damage.
YOU ARE RICH
Late Sustain
Pick up what you need for your last two slots.
Greatly incareases your damage and sustain. Pop infuser, press 2.
Also a very versitile item in almost every game. If you don't need Spellbreaker or Plated armor, pick this up.
For big spirit damage.
For big gun damage.
Great overall sustain option to dodge ults OR if you are being hard focused.
Other Gun Options
I think this is still great after the 5/27 nerfs. We will see though...
Situational
Mostly other sustain options.
If you need to transition to knives.
Can be sold later if needed.
Instead of Trophy.
As soon as you get this, get aggressive and collect.
