Incredibly soul efficient item. Early game, your gun does quite a bit more damage than your beam, and close quarters always amplifies it. Can keep until slot locked, or even longer if enemy is melee.

I buy this frequently in lane, especially after the slight Resto Shot nerfs. Can be substituted with Healing Rite if you are especially low.

Very strong if you have multiple gun carries, and is nice if duo'd with a gun/melee character.

Really strong if isolating people in domes with your gun/melee characters (they will literally explode with -24% bullet resist). Underbought item
