This build is made for new players that just picked up pocket
Pocket is one of the hardest characters in the game, mistakes are brutally punishable, but right calls can easily win you a team fight or even a game
don't skip these ever
Spirit gives extra damage to your abilities (aka spells) depending on their scale. Satchel' scale is 0.6, so +10 spirit power gives +6 damage
Will later be upgraded into Cultist Sacrifice, but additional resist vs NPC damage is nice
Spirit resist, Spirit power, Cooldown reduction - all the thigns you want! Remember - if you are below 65% DON'T ENGAGE! HEAL! DON'T GO IN WITHOUT AN ADVENTAGE
Treat this as another ability in your kit. Highly recommend learning to use it, but generally just use it with your satchel
Your ult is very powerful, so when there is a group of enemies you should always consider going in to cast
Makes Ult longer, therefore more deadly
Helps land big ult. Will later be upgraded, because you have a lot of things that benefit from a bigger radius

dxExtra healing is nice, try to maximize it by shooting enemy heros, but if you aren't confident - just shoot creeps
Deal extra damage from mid range, but does require aiming. Ideally, you should peek a corner, shoot, then go behind the corner for safety
If you quickly run out of stamina, this is useful. But do learn to conserve and move without it
During Lane you should focus on securing/denying souls. Always look for opportunities to do safe damage to the enemy. Getting kills is - while very good feeling - don't give you much, unless you capitalize on them. Do damage to their tower (MOBAs are games about destorying building btw) or reclaiming your side of the lane. Your spells also allow you to quickly farm tier 1 jungle, so take them BETWEEN creep waves. If there are creeps on the lane - you should be there ready to deny and push. Don't go to shop if you can push, don't go to farm jungle if you can confirm a kill - focus on the objective and the people defending it. Farm makes you more powerful, but it also leaves your tower defenseless
Remember to always think about how to useful to your team - be that with split pushing a lane, or with going into people and ulting them. Upgrade items can be bought earlier

A MUST BUY FOR NEW PLAYERS! When off cooldown, go and eat a Tier 3 neutral creep. Gives ability range and extra health. Very good

Makes your Ult cast safer and more powerful. Try to avoid using spells before Ult cast
Another source of DOT. Important - Decay *can* proc this, but your Ult can't. Also be aware of the cooldown!

Helps land Ult, cast Decay from far away. Also makes the Spirit Burn explosion bigger, which helps tag more people
Pocket shines in Mid to Late game. In mid game you do a lot of damage from your spells - cloak + satchel do 300+ damage together, multiple procasts with some gun shots in between will lead you to many kills. During this time you should roam - generally move around the map to do things, usually grouping up with your team to gank someone. In late game, when 300 damage isn't as scary, transition to be more ult heavy. Gameplan is - Majestic leap, Barrage, Dive, Ult, throw Decay at someone, Get out with Cloak + Satchel (preferably while doing damage with these two spells to proc Spirit Burn). Wait for Affliction to tick down, then go back in to finish off enemies
There are many of them, can feel overwhelming. Buy them if the *enemy* has a certain constant threat. Such, that it is possible to weaken it through an item
Useful if enemies have a lot of healing. Your ult already has healing reduction, so adding healbane will hinder them even more
Mystic Regeneration gives more heals then this early-mid game, but late game this can be useful
A fully passive item that just gives a lot of lifesteal
Good against team with lots of Crowd Control abilities. Cages, hooks, stuns etc.
if they have a lot of debuff heavy characters. IMPORTANT - THIS ALSO REMOVES STUNS AND CAGES!
REALLY useful if you can time it right. Can be worth learning
Bullet resist - buy if they have a lot of bullet damage
Like bullet resist, but even more powerful. Gives you valueable time to act inside of bullet spam
Spirit resist - buy if they have, oh wow, a lot of spirit damage
A "get our of jail free" card for bad positioning. use it if you are in a bad spot
A simple way to stop people from doing stuff you don't like
Helps you get some extra time to live. The buffs are also really useful
Pocket is hard because of the constant need for cooldown managment. Your survivability and damage rely on them. So adding more cooldowns, while does make you more powerful, also makes it harder to manage them
Very good item, but only if you can get a lot of stacks quickly (these buffs aren't as good late game)
Lets you close the gap with a press of a button. Also extra damage and slow
Extra spirit power and lifesteal, but for a short duration with a long cooldown - timing this is kinda hard, but the reward is worth it
Extra lifesteal and spirit amp, useful if you can use your gun. But again - minimal skill build
A lot of good extra spirit damage, but does require timing and aim. More things to worry about is bad when you are just starting out
Most useful if you can proc it every 8 seconds, otherwise, it doesn't give as much for 3k
only 20 hp from hitting a target. Was busted beforem nto sure about now
5hp/s scales well into 10 late game, ult does proc it. 100hp heal is nice ig?
