With the new heros all generally having massive amounts of healing, I prefer running this over enchanters. Buy enchanters instead if a lot of spirit damage. You can sell once you have spirit burn.

Really nice item for followups. Locks them in place so with your slam -> whip -> Arctic combo you can get most people killed in a teamfight. If you bought warpstone instead of cf, skip and buy reverb.
