I buy it early because I use my jump a lot. Skip until later / buy improved cooldown instead of rapid recharge if you dont run out of charges a lot. I would pretty much always buy this though

Still good. It can feel like it's doing nothing sometimes but when you start landing it multiple times you'll be thankful you have it. Slam -> Cold Front -> Whip is your combo

I hardly ever buy this anymore. It can both skyrocket your momentum or completely trash it. The nerfs were unfortunately brutal to it, as you cared more for the regen then the movespeed
