Kelvin, in my opinion, is up there with Seven as one of the characters best equipped to win economically.
This build, in my experience, can very succesfully keep a wide economic lead over your opponents and enable you to buy a swathe of high tier items to keep you alive and make them dead - so long as you make the effort to online Trophy Collector early.

Great sustain in lane.
If they are low in lane, or you are winning lane hard, buy this now. Otherwise, grab before Enduring Speed.
If you play your cards right, it'll pay for itself twice over. Range, speed, and money - what more could you want for a beam Kelvin?
Buy if their team is skewed.
Pick a side of the map and push its lanes constantly. Help teamates that are winning fights to farm assists.
Beam to start.
Can get more later if needed. Or rich.
Helps sustain, especially once it becomes leech. If your team has damage mostly covered, go here.
Free extra 8% damage. Escalating is a waste until you have literally nothing else to buy, so don't rush upgrading.
If their team is very gun focused, a very good pickup.
An actually hilarious item. Atomizes melee builds for like, 3$. Buy if they've got a melee guy giving you trouble.
Useful on its own sometimes but you'll just upgrade most of the time.
Bomb bebop? Infernus setting you on fire? Just say no!
Once you have spirit burn, you are really online. Control the teamfights, avoid 1v1s.
Extremely important item. Your gun damage is terrible so you rely heavily on spamming abilities.
Stacks like crazy in a teamfight. You won't go down easy while your beam is up.
30m you-no-longer-get-to-play. Extremely versatile. And tilting.
Go down please, only *I* am allowed to be up super high (Vin, Talon mostly).
For when Warden/Yamato/Geist is getting a little too uppity.
As beam falls off you transition to a tank. Which you buy first depends on enemy but I always buy both before moving on to luxruy T4s.
Nobody's allowed to be fat except me. Punish their big health bars (Shiv, Abrams, Yamato).
Sticking this on yourself and icepathing into the enemy team always scatters them. Not a lot of damage but the crowd control is impressive. Price is a bit high so don't feel obligated.

Not particularly useful but really, really funny. 4.5 seconds is a pretty damn long time in a teamfight.
Really just in here for the hell of it. Sucks pretty badly on Kelvin IMO but if you have *nothing* else to buy...
