My take on sinclair in the new patch. press decay on people and top damage every game!
After core items go plague wizard or rabbit wizard based on the lobby you're in.

Item Build
Lane
Lots of regen and spirit power to stay in lane and dominate once we get t2 bolt
Perma push wave into enemy, our hero plays best when wave is under their tower. Usually first sell
Will sell this later if I need the slot. Never upgrade to boundless item is poopoo
Core items
Decay and items to make Decay stronger / Items we need to survive
The most broken item in the game, spam this on every idiot you see and you will top dmg every game
Press decay on someone off CD and this item keeps you on the map forever. Sell for slot later
Scales with spirit power now and easily hits 600+ barrier on a low cd. If they have atleast 3 heroes that proc this always buy it.
Procs for free off decay giving you 58% heal reduction on a point and click
Broken overstatted item, procs for free off decay and everything else you do
The best mobility item on this hero and its not close. In fights carpet to height and your hero becomes 100x easier to play. You can play solo on enemy side of the map without fear once you have this.

This item is much worse now as it doesn't give cdr to the charged ability, buy when you find yourself needing more bolts in fights
PLAGUE WIZARD
Press decay and do 1500 dmg
Decay fully stacks this on its own and allows your bolts to actually scale lategame. ALWAYS FIRST BUY IN THIS CATEGORY!
Decay with escalating will proc this on its own every time.
If they have a ton of spirit damage you can throw this on your finest gorilla and have him stack EE for you.
Decay someone and press this to full heal, broken with a lot of ults as well
Just an always solid item, if you don't know what 6k to buy after EE buy this
RABBIT WIZARD
Go this path and max rabbit > ult if you trust ur teammates
Busted item in combination with rabbit, you will solo win fights if you hit this into rabbit on 3+ heroes

Get if needed for lane
Good option against comps with spammy heroes like geist, scales with spirit now so this heals 1k+ mid/lategame
If you're absolutely owning you can buy this after decay. Never buy this when behind.
Rarely ever buy this but its good vs silences and opposing plague wizards
Always a solid item, good if you are playing more around ult steals
Good if theres something like a focus lens haze owning you constantly
Fine buy if you're stealing dynamo / seven ult every fight
best buy vs heavy gun dmg if you're stealing ults like seven / warden and need to tank a bit
Good if ur stealing big aoe ults constantly
If they have a bunch of high hp tanky men this is a decent purchase. Not nearly as good on this hero as other heroes though and definitely not an every game item.
Same as tankbuster. Strong vs really high hp pool heroes. Procs in only 2 left clicks.
