Description
This is AndrewChicken's Beam Kelvin build focused on doing big
damage and slowing the enemies to a crawl with his Arctic Beam!
Fly in with the Ice Path and beam the enemies from the sky to
apply debuffs, deal a ton of damage, and set up kills from your
team! (or just kill them yourself!)
