Must buy Enchanter's. Can skip SSB, CC, DE, for T3 versions.
Only buy if their resist is obnoxious, usually skip this though.
Crucial for early damage, cooldown reduction, and survivabilty.

Can't play Deadlock without this... I mean you can, but who wants to?

Make every debuff and ability last longer. Amazing value!
Makes everything bigger, longer, and better.

Straight Damage. Escalating Exposure proc'd by Spirit Burn, making follow up barrels HIT!
Sell Spirit rend for this - no rush, though.
Core damage amplifier. Never skip this.
Good damage and heal cut. Proc'ing high EE stacks is impossible on Holliday without this.
Never buy this before BS and SB
Nasty in late game teamfights
UTILITY
Situational flex slot items.
GOD TIER on Holliday.
If they have a lot of weapon dmg and hard engage you struggle to avoid.
For obnoxious hard CC comps.
If they have wayyy too much healing and you can't wait for Crippling Headshot.
Amazing late game, always. Also great into any comp that counters you.
Incredible flex slot. Don't buy the T2 version of this.
Good for teams with plenty of escape abilities.
Haze, Wraith, Viper -> This helps against heros like them early.
