Absolutely goated in lane. A necessity later in the game.
Not as good as lifestrike for a healing boost, but is absolutely necessary in keeping Radiant's scaling competitive.
Can be sold for Spirit Burn, but i recommend keeping it in case of obnoxious healers like Kelvin or Viscous

AFTER LANE DROP EVERYTHING. START RUSHING THESE AT 10 MIN OR WHEN A GAURDIAN DIES. In recommended order.

Make sure you're landing your combo to consistently proc this. Bombs + CF + TP + Spirit Strike + Ult should be no issue, even with new changes. Get Radiant before this if you're struggling to rush.
The healing on this is just too insane to pass up. You also get move speed, even when using ava, which is great for farming. If you're struggling while trying to rush Spirit Burn, get this early.

Mid boxes spawn at 10 mins, then every 5 mins

Remember the combo: Scourge - Sap - 1 - 2 - Arctic Blast - Ult - 1 - JUMP 2 - PUNCH
basically an extra torment pulse with an added spirit resist. remember to ALWAYS PROC BEFORE ULT!!
