Monster Rounds first generally for faster wave clear, then either Extra Spirit for your specter or Extra Stamina for better mobility, then buy what you need for the situation.

Awkward defensive phase of the game. Defend objectives, farm boxes, but don't steal/leech farm from carries. Once you get Rapid Recharge you can get a lot more aggro.

Use turrets to establish a supporting fire backline for team fights, or to defend your objectives or siege their objectives. Get Transcendent if you're buying a lot of active items or want more turret spam power, otherwise Healing Tempo will be a strong boon for you, your turrets, your troopers, and your teammates.
