A support-focused Dynamo that focuses on healing and setting up great ultimates.

- Removed Monster Rounds & Basic Mag for Close Quarters & Rapid Rounds for more gun damage early
- Refresher is priority earlier since Refresh > Cooldown
- New Arcane Surge is broken with dynamo, gives ULT 20% range + duration on dash jump
- Diviner's Kevlar is now even better with Dynamo, now granting 7% ability duration
- Fortitude is great since we're focusing on playing back
- Unstoppable is swapped with spirit since its recommended in cc heavy teams
- Imrpoved Reach is later due to not much value, especially with arcane surge.- Adding Mystic Reverb to Luxury for 14% ability range
- Updated Annotations of situational items such as Divine Barrier now granting 8% ability range & Decay granting 8% ability duration
Early Game: Preferably a duo-lane, where you heal up your teammate, where they never need to recall.
Use Quantum Entanglement to dodge utility from opponents such as Bebop Bomb. May want to get early.
Use Kinetic Pulse to harass and pull enemies up either from utility or just to harass.
For the most part, you shouldn't really be pushing up and focusing on securing and denying souls until your ultimate comes online so you can coordinate with your teammate.
Mid-Late Game: Focus on getting involved with the team, and playing back where you should be prepared to use rescue beam if they're in trouble.
You should set-up ults for your team present nearby so they can capitalize on the opportunity.
Try to trap multiple enemies at once for full utility, or high-priority/souls targets.
Noone should be recalling to heal. Get Quantum Entanglement early if against Bebop.
Get involved by focusing on playing back and using rescue beam to save teammates. Imbue all on 4.
Sell for Unstoppable
Get the approriate armor based on enemy lineup. Spirit Armor is usually preferred.
Use refresher to set up some ults for your team!
Buy earlier if enemy has hard cc, or against talon
If you still somehow didn't win the game, sell Healing Nova & Warp Stone only if needed. In no particular order, just some ideas.

See annotations for suggestions, if actives are full sell healing nova, or in some cases warp stone.
If enemy team has high healing, better application of heal reduction than toxic bullets.

Buy against Pocket or Lash! Or for units with a great escape tool.
Buy against Geist or Yamato! Or for general utility.
Buy against Grey Talon, Vindicta, or ULT Bebop!
Buy against Haze! Or a high bullet damage unit.
Buy against Pocket or Infernus! Or for general survivability, and other ccs.
Optional heal reduction and gun support.
Very powerful lategame if the enemy has lots of healing. Can be hard to build up toxic.
