Optional if enemy is running a lot of gun or melee damage.
Broken if the enemy is running a lot of spirit. This + Fury Trance makes you not take any spirit damage.
Insane sustain item.
Ultimate luxury item, lifesteal and even more ammo. We can use this during fury trance for insane healing and never having to reload ever.
