great if youre hitting a lot of melees
Late
no specific order, should be very flexible in late games. Generally earlier in the tier = more useful more often
great anti heal, can replace healbane
live forever if youre doing a lot of dmg
extra bulk, shields work with resists now
put on 3, adds a ton of mixed dmg to gun
against lots of resists, also antiheal can replace healbane
extra resist shred to work with crippling
3rd or 4th spirit tier 4 for a ton of dmg
if theyre doing a ton of spirit dmg never have cd
can upgrade cf but not amazing
cut their fire rate even more
silences, focus lens, etc
turn off abilities and some shred
make ult last forever
against gun heroes, apr, and buildups like toxic/infernus/fixation
can help tankiness
against fliers + extra movement
more resist
