The Official hesy sinclair build, 400 games, too much fun on this character
6/2: Updated 99% of the build for the most possible bolt damage after recent sinclair buffs. Possibly the most broken character that deadlock has ever seen.
Item Build
lane
any order, but left most prio, can go rescue beam first item, or rushing surge earlier is fine
perma push wave into their tower, keeping this here after removing cultist bc the NPC damage for farming is needed for sinclair
holy op
can 1 shot squishy heros like vindicta by now
lane situationals
broken item currently, dont be the bug abuser tho thats cringe
from what im aware very good
can go in lane after extra spirit if you'd like to for the extra damage. Primarily for boundless upgrade which is quite common in bolt builds anyway.
core
after you finish core, figure out what you need based purely on ultimates
works well for farming, and lots of dps
this reduces bolt time, instead of recharge being charge time, basically better rapid recharge
just a great item for bunnies and big time ults, ALWAYS buy if dynamo ult
After Core Situationals
Bolt? Ult? Bunny?
If there are no ults to steal (NONE!!) go for more bolt damage, if there are no ults as well, max bunny instead of ult
buy over reverb for ults, if no ults to steal (and i mean NONE, go reverb into a filler)
for all teamfight ults, instead of reverb go this if its a good game for it (ill buy if theres contestion for mid, and aoe ults)
if you decide to max bunny instead of ult, go this after reverb
Extra Optionals
Based on if you need it, go these "after core" otherwise
good for its mass antiheal, and also range hits tons of people at once
best movement option, if there are ults to steal and you're being caught out, go this over damage
best item for dynamo ult
my fav item for movement, i sometimes will buy it over carpet, or WITH carpet
great item for healing, full heal from bolt, plus healing from seven and other ults
good for specific aoe ults like seven or warden
duration for 2 and 3, but as well as ults that can benefit from it like dynamo
(for duration buy it if you decide to go bunny because there aren't ults to get)
Extras
for other builds search "hesy"! This is a bolt and utility build. Otherwise known as a "carry" build. Highly recommend this build.

remover for anything but ultimates
removed from main build bc the reason players build it is primarily for the range and the firerate. Since we don't max 2 in this build for utility, the firerate is useless, the range is nice
for AP order confusion, after 2 points into your 2, if there are ults max ult, if there are no ults, max bunny
noticed some confusion on whether you should max ult in some games, if theres an ivy max ult, seven, warden, dynamo, lash, vyper. Other characters you only need a few points into the ult, i recommend looking at the characters where ults would be worth stealing.
After you buy rapid recharge or superior cooldown, you can rush a 6k. For context behind this; Raigeki goes rapid recharge, into Carpet, other builds will go this many items into like echo shard for bunny builds, or maybe just rushing unstoppable like seven. Play based on the game.
