Left -> Right. OPTIONAL: Rush Fortitude 1st item, it's pretty good!
Builds into Fortitude, decent in lane

Really good, buy often against mostly spirit comps.

Farming -> Dueling
Fleetfoot is really insane right now. If you'd like, you can replace Fleetfoot with Surge of Power. Buy SoP anytime after Mercurial.
Late (1)
Heals!
Buy spirit lifesteal first usually.
Leech is very efficient. Build its components incrementally for tempo/value.
Good Mid/Late Defenses
Generally best spirit / CC defense. Especially against Lash, Vindicta, Bebop.
Buy against hard CC, e.g when you're dying to ganks, disarms, stuns. Buy instead of other debuff reducer/remover. You have to use it consciously, but if you do, it's very very very strong.
Buy if you need cheap anti-heal in addition to Crippling or Toxic.
Late (2)
High-prio
Anti-heal. Buy when you need to stop the HEALS (e.g infernus). Buy Inhibitor instead against many Plated Armors.
Hyper-Late
Unordered
Buy when toxic bullets isn't enough. Also good when you're behind. Buy alongside ricochet typically. It's a good alternative to Toxic Bullets if they're buying tons of Plated Armor too.
Buy to be an assassin / when they have the raid boss.
Very good against almost all gun and Toxic Bullets. Mirage, Infernus, Vyper, etc.
Unordered, not bought that frequently
Semi-optional: Buy often against strong gun carries
Buy against lots of movement debuff. Just a good item in general. Use for Vyper, Haze, Infernus usually.
Buy when you are the raid boss, but you're dying to their CC or getting ganked and dying in team fights.
Buy HYPER late when you need %Health dmg and protection.
Only get if you're an absolute chad.
Buy if >2 of them are buying Plated Armor
