Hold off on Bloodletting (3) until Killing Blow (4) is level 2. It will get you killed more often than not in lane.

Fantastic sustain on this. Builds into RR, which has started to top my healing charts.
Can sell later for better greens.
Buy early to Heal and poke off knives. Can sell later for slots OR build Rapid Recharge if you need to pivot into knives late game. Both are valuable options.
Great damage, scales very well late game.

If the enemy team comp is easily 2-able - pick this.
If you need to play more passive and come in to end fights OR the enemy team has insasne damage - pick this up.
Typically always Boundless and SB. Rest situational.
If you need to transition into knives.
I rush against big healer lanes. Increases sustain, damage, and is anti-heal. Still such a broken item.
Great overall sustain option to dodge ults OR if you are being hard focused.
Also a very versitile item in almost every game. If you don't need Spellbreaker or Plated armor, pick this up.
