I like getting monster rounds to make farming easier, and the heal regen is always a nice thing, you can upgrade it to cultist if you want.

Use before ulting and as it's falling down start your ult, the projectile will land and people sucked in won't be able to escape.
Can get this if you need more damage and already bought out every other spirit giving item plus it gives you 15% spirit life steal which is nice
Pretty good item, also lets you proc spirit burn much easier, don't have to buy it, but if you don't want to go for more ult oriented playstyle get it.
