Focus on stacking your Djinn's Mark on enemies and brawling using scarabs.
Main source of regen in lane. Can pop Djinn's Mark early for regen.
Lane Optionals
Extra Regen + Monster Rounds first two for compy playstyle. Healing rite for a difficult lane.
Midgame
Building more into debuffing / gun damage.
Can be bought a bit earlier to farm faster. Depends on the game.
Midgame Optionals
Pick an armor type to counter enemy damage. Can opt to sell Battle Vest / Emblem. Armor Piercing Rounds if you are against a Viscous / Yamato.
