I put the first 4 i usually get in the beginning, everything else is situational
1st one I like to get
2nd one i like to get

4th (get 1st for more sustain)
if you feel like skipping Capacitor, this is great
for Plated Armor

this and opening rounds are great, they just dont upgrade so they're here. get if you want slots filled
helps with camps and the general fire rate buff is nice. cooldown makes this always active
