The Official hesy sinclair build, 400 games, too much fun on this character
6/11: Small update to both sides of core to push recharge earlier, vortex web earlier, and better annotations for specific items.
Item Build
lane
any order, but left most prio, can go rescue beam first item, or rushing surge earlier is fine
perma push wave into their tower, keeping this here after removing cultist bc the NPC damage for farming is needed for sinclair
new meta calling it now if its not new meta you can laugh at me.
we're so back. (they nerf opening rounds against objectives but not long range, silly gooses)
can 1 shot squishy heros like vindicta by now
GREAT early game damage, better for bolt, but long range gives obj and farm damage, really up to you
primarily for its spirit power and resist now

broken item currently, dont be the bug abuser tho thats cringe

can rush a 6k after this
works well for farming, and lots of dps
can buy for bunny or bolt
after this, typically ill either get sup cooldown (or compress for bunny or bolt up to you), and then immediately build for vortex web, otherwise ill just go sup cooldown
Pick 1 or 2 (eventually all 3)
Go a 6k
just tons more of everything (including bolt), no recommendation just always good (doesn't work on tankbuster cd)
REALLY op against farm now + insane damage, recommend pairing with reverb
bigger everything (including bolt), recommend pairing with vortex web or unstoppable (considering ultimates)

this item is just unbalanced and has gone completely unnerfed, my go to 6k with max bunny
pretty consistently will i go if the game is too close and midboss is being threatened, will go for ults as well
more damage for ults, bolt, and assistant (along with certain items too), recommended over reverb for consistency)
more damage then boundless for bolt, but less consistent bc of cd
very strong item (always has been) id still go vortex web first, but a good 2nd 6k
Extra Optionals
Based on if you need it, go these "after core" otherwise
insane utility and healing, go if a pick hero is insta killing somebody / hitting their picks consistently or 2 or more healers
good for its mass antiheal, and also range hits tons of people at once
best movement option, if there are ults to steal and you're being caught out, go this over damage
best item for dynamo ult
my fav item for movement, i sometimes will buy it over carpet, or WITH carpet
great item for healing, full heal from bolt, plus healing from seven and other ults
good for specific aoe ults like seven or warden
duration for 2 and 3, but as well as ults that can benefit from it like dynamo
(for duration buy it if you decide to go bunny because there aren't ults to get)
Extras
for other builds search "hesy"! This is a bolt and utility build. Otherwise known as a "carry" build. Highly recommend this build.

remover for anything but ultimates
removed from main build bc the reason players build it is primarily for the range and the firerate. Since we don't max 2 in this build for utility, the firerate is useless, the range is nice
if you need it, but is recommended regardless
for AP order confusion, after 2 points into your 2, if there are ults max ult, if there are no ults, max bunny
noticed some confusion on whether you should max ult in some games, if theres an ivy max ult, seven, warden, dynamo, lash, vyper. Other characters you only need a few points into the ult, i recommend looking at the characters where ults would be worth stealing.
After you buy rapid recharge or superior cooldown, you can rush a 6k. For context behind this; Raigeki goes rapid recharge, into Carpet, other builds will go this many items into like echo shard for bunny builds, or maybe just rushing unstoppable like seven. Play based on the game.
