Pretty decent item, but spirit armour isn't as important because so many people buy bullet, and you start with some. Buy healbane instead if they have a lot of healing. Sell second

With the new heros all generally having massive amounts of healing, I prefer running this over enchanters. Buy enchanters instead if a lot of spirit damage. You can sell once you have spirit burn.

Delay this until after hh if your optional item was a movement item (warpstone or majestic leap). One of the best items in the game for lash otherwise.

Amazing item. Gives consistant spirit power AND a percentile spirit boost. The heal got moved to Radiant Regen though.
