Description
Build 3 > 4 > 2 > 1. We deal a decent amount of damage early on. We buy Cold Front to farm t2 camps at 5 minutes, then hit powerspike with max Surge. Later on, with maxed ult, we can guarantee teamfights by applying debuffs and damaging everyone.
