This build is all about trapping your opponent in the dome, and bursting them down while they have nowhere to go and you tank whatever they throw at you. The build focuses on gun damage with the alchemical fire combo being the main idea.
At the start of the game, focus on denying souls with ice beam to try and outfarm your lane opponent. Then once you have the dome look out for chances to trap someone.
After some initial items the build has four paths you can choose from depending how the game is going. And there are some extra items at the bottom if you need more ideas.

If you need one
Alchemical fire is a big boost to damage. Throw it, shoot, beam, shoot again.
Imbue 3. This isn't everybody's cup of tea, but you get a burst of damage and you can cancel early to keep shooting
more bang out of the quicksilver mag
Big save for a big damage boost. Throw it every time you dome. Works even better with a friend.
You need to scale your healing or people will just kill you in the dome.
Helps move fast on the ice path.
Great item for Kelvin always. I suggest to use it as often as possible rather than waiting for the perfect beam.
In this build, maximize the damage in the dome so you can take down strong opponents
Can be skipped. This is a dubious (but fun) pick. If they have fliers on their team it's effective at getting them into a dome.
In this build, aim to bring teammates into the dome
Range upgrades are super important if you want to get others in.
You can pull a friend in and dome if you have the enemy with you.
Helps to close the distance to a dome target, and increases both range and healing
To use it twice in a team fight
Too weak to dome? Switch to grenade focus
If someone on your team is super strong, just try to keep them alive
