Changed a bunch of items around. The core of the build stays as it is, while a bunch of optional windows lets you move into different strategies or playstyles. Particular recommendation towards Melee and the use of Warp Stone or Scourge. I also keep changing boots and move speed vs Stamina. Forgive me.
