Description
Originally a fork of Counter-Strike Cowgirl build; a good mix of spirit for barrels and gun for headshots. The core idea of this build, when it's up and running, is to go for headshots in fights to reduce enemy spirit resist, so you're maximizing your damage from barrels and stomp. Be prepared to bounce pad/throw barrels into team fights or chase in 1v1s if you hit a couple headshots.

Mid-Core
Tier 2s; Buy all, but choose order based on how lane is going.
Significantly improves Holliday's up-close pvp; you want to time the barrel mid-fight to make the reload count
Start getting gun/spirit synergy going
You want lasso more often to get more opportunities for getting picks

[EXPERIMENTING] All the buffs from this seem really nice for Holliday's kit
More movement for making escapes or chase downs
Combos very well with lasso; splash fire and pull someone into it
Great combo with barrels/stomp

Situational/depends on which heroes you're fighting in lane

Must for barrels alone; makes your cc much better. +1 bounce pad is also super nice
[EXPERIMENTING] Both buffs seem very good for Holliday. The extra ammo is huge for basically the whole game
[EXPERIMENTING] I've only played a couple games with this, but it seems really really good on Holliday. Or maybe just broken in general
For even more gun/spirit synergy. And makes your headshots EVEN better
Good for getting more uses out of all of Holliday's abilities. If running Cultist's Sacrifice, also guarantees you'll have the buff 100% of the time
Core of the build; incredible synergy between your gun and spirit damage. The fire rate on charge up also makes your gun significantly better
[EXPERIMENTING] I'm playing with running both kinetic dash and arcane surge over stamina mastery right now
Make barrels do much more damage
Counterpick Actives
Buy as needed.
Excellent mid-to-late game pick if no one else on your team is running it
Lash, Greytalon, Vindicta, Seven, Bebop, etc. (Note that you can also lasso all of these characters out of the air, even mid-ult)
Good against characters who focus on high debuff damage (e.g. Infernus Burn)
Late Game
After you've bought all core items. No order; buy depending on the state of the game
[EXPERIMENTING] This feels like it should be the highest priority late game item, if nothing else for its healing suppression
[EXPERIMENTING] Glass cannon seems pretty strong for Holliday, just because her escape options are so good for avoiding dying
Put on barrels. Choose for more CC (?)
Choose if the enemy team has a lot of armor and/or healing late game. May want to buy this out of order if the enemy team all rushes a bunch of armor
Similar to Crippling; spec into a more hybrid debuff playstyle late game.
Late Sustain
Seems like it could be situationally incredibly useful for Holliday
