6/11: Small update to both sides of core to push recharge earlier, vortex web earlier, and better annotations for specific items.
any order, but left most prio, can go rescue beam first item, or rushing surge earlier is fine
perma push wave into their tower, keeping this here after removing cultist bc the NPC damage for farming is needed for sinclair
lots of extra damage that is very much needed early
the most broken item this patch, insanely high low cd healing with insane utility, works in combat (fortitude diff) and gives sprint speed
can 1 shot squishy heros like vindicta by now
primarily for its resist and cd reduction, obviously the spirit power is very high tho
can get if ur taking a lot of damage in lane, but you're gonna upgrade it to rescue beam anyway so dont need to force it over damage
broken item currently, dont be the bug abuser tho thats cringe
from what im aware very good
after you finish core, figure out what you need based purely on ultimates
works well for farming, and lots of dps
after this, typically ill either get sup cooldown (or compress for bunny or bolt up to you), and then immediately build for vortex web, otherwise ill just go sup cooldown
can buy for bunny or bolt
more of everything, cooldown is op especially bc its better then recharge for cd, but doesn't give damage over a 6k
get eventually, but u may skip to rush a 6k (recommended to do so)

Bolt? Ult? Bunny?
very consistently ill go bunny into vortex web
pretty consistently will i go if the game is too close and midboss is being threatened, will go for ults as well
more damage for ults, bolt, and assistant (along with certain items too), recommended over reverb for consistency)
more damage then boundless for bolt, but less consistent bc of cd
Based on if you need it, go these "after core" otherwise
good for its mass antiheal, and also range hits tons of people at once
best movement option, if there are ults to steal and you're being caught out, go this over damage
best item for dynamo ult
my fav item for movement, i sometimes will buy it over carpet, or WITH carpet
great item for healing, full heal from bolt, plus healing from seven and other ults
good for specific aoe ults like seven or warden
duration for 2 and 3, but as well as ults that can benefit from it like dynamo
(for duration buy it if you decide to go bunny because there aren't ults to get)
for other builds search "hesy"! This is a bolt and utility build. Otherwise known as a "carry" build. Highly recommend this build.
can skip entirely, if game goes on long enough just a great damage dealer

remover for anything but ultimates
removed from main build bc the reason players build it is primarily for the range and the firerate. Since we don't max 2 in this build for utility, the firerate is useless, the range is nice
