This timed with T3 bolt is one of the biggest power spikes in the game. You can just start one shotting people at this point or take any t3 camp on the map besides the warehouse.

Scales with spirit power now and easily hits 600+ barrier on a low cd. If against multiple heroes that have to proc it to fight you always buy it.

Massive damage buff to bolt and lets you infinite slide for objectives. Usually you can 1 shot people around the time you pick this up.
