for AP order confusion, after 2 points into your 2 and 3, if there aren't ults just max bunny, if there are do 2 points into ult and than max bunny

noticed some confusion on whether you should max ult in some games, its very dependant on the ults, but also its dependant how many, if its only 1 and the powerspike for that ult is just T2, its not needed, but if it is T3 (silence for ivy or max seven for example) its very important to do that, but usually only max ult if its like 2-3 ults that are really good to take
