after a few damage items fire rate is going to hard clear anything else, in theory glass cannon at full stacks is insane but requires perfect play.
jungle clear is probably bad, try to focus on vaults to stack up statue buffs
play this hero like mirage-lite, you can anchor two lanes with well placed doors
there is no fleetfoot in this build, might change in the future
