MR because Miku is insanely annoying at lane.
Consider replacing MR/Cultist with boots and Trophy.

Build spirit in order to beef up Power Surge and ult.
Spirit Burn will trigger at 2-3 shots with Power Surge and Mercurial activated, ensures big healing reduction, buy asap.
Don't forget to spam Infuser while ult is on cd.
