If you don't need health regen in lane, buy this item. Fortitude later!
In early game you need atleast two orange items to active this passive with carbine. (or just hit headshot with one orange item)
Buy for the ult range. You can sell this later in late game for something else.

Good stats for Paradox however nowadays MikaelS prefers extra stamina and other green items over this.

Good pick against fast Fire Rate. Rarely see this being played. Good against double fire rate lane like Haze, Vyper, Ivy etc.
If you are planning to jungle, then this item is decent pick early if you are behind. I would recommend to stick with normal build.
Rush Mystic Shot/Long Range and then others.
MikaelS always rushes this item, it helps a lot with jungle.

MikaelS' note: I wouldn't buy this just because if you get Slowing Hexed, it's waste of 3000 souls. (sidenote he plays in best rank Eternus and personally I have never seen issue with this item in Phantom rank)
Good for mobility, map is quite big to roam.

Good against Bebop's combo. Also gives you more range to your abilities.
If you feel that bullets are problem, you might consider Metal Skin rather than this.
Good counter against gun heavy team or Haze carry.
Disables movement ablities/items for 3 secs. Works on: Abrams, Dynamo, Calico, Vyper, Talon, Holliday, Infernus, Ivy, Kelvin, Lash, Mirage, Mo&Krill, Pocket, Shiv, Vindicta, Wraith, Yamato
Good against Abrams/Shiv. MikaelS buys this more often than Healbane.
If you feel that they just jump on you, this might be a good option to counter it.
Counters characters that have a channel abilities or like to be airborne.
Buy this if enemy team has a heavy carry.

One of your main goals is to make picks for your team with ult. This prevents you getting caught more often and many characters have debuffs you want to get rid off faster. Buy this every game.
Your best anti-heal item if enemy team has more than 2 healers. Otherwise you might wanna buy Decay.
AKA Bebop Remover. Good item to get rid of any debuff immediately + heals you after that.
Healbane -> Leech
Crippling Headshot is good to buy first if you have souls for it and enemies have resist.
High-Velocity Mag upgrade.
First 6200 soul item.
Great item for roaming and healing yourself without needing to go back to base.
Imbue ultimate (4).
Adds good damage to your carbine.
