#1 McGinnis build. This is built around Siphon bullets. You deal a ton of bullet damage to where no one can sustain it. Your survivabilty increases as the more damage and the longer you are shooting. This build makes you into a tank, watch as you shred your enemy's HP bar while your HP is going up
