My take on a gun sinclair build. Focuses on gun for damage and rabbit for utility.
3/13 update: Assistant now has lower base damage and has falloff. Make sure to put the assistant closer to the enemies as the falloff is based on distance to the assistant and not Sinclair.
This change does not really affect gun Sinclair all that much in my opinion and I still am playing him the same way as I have been, but you can focus more on getting up close with Close Quarters/Point Blank instead of Long Range/Sharpshooter if you prefer.
Typically left to right. Can grab Healing Rite/Regen as needed

This item is insane in lane since all lanes are duo lanes now. The stats are great and the instant healing burst is very strong.
Extremely good for engages, disengages, or helping a teammate survive.
Typically in order. BUY ARMOR WHEN YOU NEED IT. Rush Fortitude if you need it earlier.

MELT OBJECTIVES! Sinclair's obj dmg is insane, this makes it even more insane. Also great for farming camps and is strong utility in team fights.
Very good all around. Can replace Extra Charge with this.

Put on 2 or 3 depending on your needs. 2 gives you more damage, 3 gives you more utility to win team fights since you'll have it more often.
Look at their team, buy what you need.
Great for healing between fights and getting around the map. Must have every game for me.
Don't sleep on how strong this item is to save your life. Shorten all CC effects.
Extremely good against Bebop/Infernus/Pocket/many active items.
Make decisions based on enemy team comp and items.
Can be good in heavy CC comps. Especially in lane against Bebop/Seven/Abrams/Etc.

Bullet resist + more damage when you take damage
Berserker upgrade. Even more resists and move speed when low.
Anti heal for high healing enemies. Geist, Shiv, Dynamo, etc.
Another good antiheal and damage option for tanky/high healing enemies.
Good if you have extra souls or you need more stam.
Escape. Very good against Lash ult, Wraith ult, etc.
Lifesteal + antiheal
CDR, spirit power, and fire rate. Scales okay with assistant.
Burst lifesteal + fire rate. Get around the map fast with bonus move speed.
Can be useful if you are having trouble hitting shots consistantly because they are moving around too quickly.
VERY RISKY buy, but can give you insane damage if you are very ahead or the enemies aren't that scary to you. Use at your own risk.
Maybe you just really, really want them to be rabbits. Forever. Until they die.
When it procs, your bullets do fat damage. Slower rate of fire means it doesn't proc as often as some heros like Wraith/Haze. Still decent though. Use if you prefer.
Use in place of Fortitude if you prefer.
