When taking consistent chip damage, Extra Regen is essential in keeping your health pool high and resistant to pressure.
It's best to sell Extra Spirit or Headshot Booster before this when choked on slots.
If laning against a hero with large, telegraphed damage such as Geist Bomb, Viscous Splatter, or Warden Cage, buy this 3rd.
If you’re suffering from large chunks of damage or need to quickly regen in-lane after a tough fight, pick this up.
To put pressure on your opponent in lane. This is well applied in winning lanes to capitalize on momentum, and against lane opponents who are fond of standing out from cover regardless of advantaged / disadvantaged lane state.

QSR is most effectively used at the end of your first clip to extend your damage whether against an enemy, tower, or camp. It can also be used to extend the buff of Fleetfoot’s extended mag to two clips.

Our default ganking relic, an excellent tool for locking down enemies into your Bullet Dance or otherwise. Wait to throw Slowing Hex until after you’ve daggered them midway to ensure they can’t escape.
If playing into comps more reliant on ability burst potential, Silence Glyph is an exceptional shutdown tool. Use this directly after your mid-fight dagger for a free connection. I buy this instead of Slowing Hex.
Purchase IMMEDIATELY when unlocking Smoke T3
Lucky Shot shows its strength against teams that are low on bullet resist and high on mobility, performing as an excellent damage and lockdown tool. It struggles against high bullet resist.
Crippling Headshot can out damage Lucky Shot if the enemy team has built substantial resistances. Especially valuable for team fights, check your team to see if anyone else has bought it. It’s worth having two on a team.
An essential upgrade that should be bought whenever possible as it ultimately enables our survivability during important mid-late teamfights. I try to get this no later than the 20-minute mark!
For Haze, Inhibitor offers multiple strong benefits. Unlike Leech, its effectiveness cannot be reduced and dramatically increases your effective HP in engagements. It can also be quickly spread to an enemy team during a large-scale fight to support teammates.
When facing heavy spirit users, which is frequent, Silencer shuts them down completely. This can be an incredibly strong pick, but you must pay attention to when it triggers and take advantage of that time.
No Order, Read Annotations!
An effective tool to shutdown problem ultimates and secure kills against high value targets. Debuff Remover spam has made this relic not as effective, be aware of who can reduce its duration. I am less inclined to grab this if I’ve bought Silence Glyph.
An essential late game GTFO tool that can trade off with Smoke T3 if you’re in need of excessive cleanse (very common in this meta)
Unstoppable is, abstractly, a kill confirmer. It’s to be used offensively for dives and engagements and is always strong as a defensive evasion tool. A necessity in very long matches, but be sure to make it count.
To combat rampant gun builds, especially those that thrive off of burst interactions (Bebop hook combo, Wraith Tele combo, Warden, etc.)
An essential purchase at some point, it’s important to sense when that is exactly in the match. Frequently around the 11-15 minute mark, but be sure to view the enemy’s damage composition, you may be able to delay it further.
Another essential purchase, but can be picked up much later in the round. Any time after our T4 spike is ideal.
